How to use?

Start off with 1 scoop per day and up work up to 2 scoops per day if needed.

You can have this any time during the day but we reccomend using it close to workout whether thats pre/instra/post.

Tips and tricks

If using with pre or as pre you may want to have it with a fast digesting carb like sugar as Androsia Re can improve insulin senstivity.
